Part of the <em>UNESCO World Heritage Sites<\/em> since 2011, every year this ancient shrine attracts millions of tourists and believers looking for redemption from their sins but also for some great spots to enjoy some local specialties.<\/p>\n<p>All around lies the Gargano\u2019s typical countryside covered in lush Mediterranean pine trees and olive groves. However,over the years a fascinating and flourishing town grew up around the shrine, offering a variety of attractions to discover while wandering around the
